i called the representative of reliance for a reliance broadband cum tel connection in name of Aekanti Roy Garg at 1259, sec. 11, panchkula.
I gave my photograph, i-proof and residence proof. i didn’t sign any document or application for the conection. visitor told me to complete the formalities later on. i wanted specific no for connection i.e. 3069000 or 3969000. he promised me to confirm the no.
after two days he calleed me that your no. is cofirmed and one of choice will be given for new connection. he also said that i shall get sign on documents. in the meanwhile some person from reliance came to my residence and installed a new connection without telleing me no. after few days they installed a telephone. i came to know that the no was issued me as 3010270. i tried to contact customer care of reliance and was serprised to know that this connection was in the other’s name so they couldnotregistered my complaint. after two days my connection was dead and no body came to me for further talks.
reliance personnels installed bogus braodband cum tele. connection whithout my signature. now no body is listening my complaint.

    I am reliance broadband Y max customer for last 1 year, on 19 th may 2009, due to a storm my tower fell, I called the customer services and gave them MY ID and told them them the problem, as per their info they confirmed me it will be sorted out in 24 hours, next day I called them, but no response they just said we are working it will be solved, on 21 st i received a call stating the engg will visiting so pls stay at home, I took a off from office no one came, so I called them again, they again said sorry and said they will escalate it, I again called them on 22nd may, they said sir your complaint has been closed as it is resolved. How in the hell it can be resolved when no one came, I again spoke to a supervior and explained everything again by this time it was 21st call to them, but they were least bothered. ON 23rd I again called them they said they will have to take a new complaint, I have called them now 54 times, still nothing has been done about, I so frustrated I wish I could speak to some Higher in authority and tell them this is how your company is working, they are treating me like a dog , who calls in barks and goes off , its 24th may today and still no response, pls advice me what should i do, can write to some one who is at authoritative position, because I not being treated well by reliance customer services.
