I am not able to contact airtel number as it shows connection error after dailing .
I have launch a complaint on 26 /9/2010 at 11 am request no is cogcl20929980103 for the same they says its a technical problem and would be resolved soon ,however sometime it starts working and sometime people also are not able to contact me.
I again launch a complaint on 27/9/2010 at 11.pm request no cogcl30927708566, but not able to find the solution .
I spoke in customer service deppt again right now and asked them to trasfer the calll to head but they refused gave me Nodel officer no. Mr Vikrant Pandey 9818334866 that no. is a wrong no.,
I want the solution right away .If i dont get any solution or reply i may go to consumer court for the same.
