Complaint of Services provided by Samsung Vendor

I have a Samsung Split AC (1.5 Ton) of 2008 model.

It wa not cooling properly & hence made a complaint of this and also that it may get serviced, as per below mentioned numbers:

Some agency engineer mentioned below had visited for service but to my surprise they just had thrown half a bucket water on outer unit & just brushed with tooth brush in inner unit.

Date of Service – April 18, 2010

Agency – Advance Electrocare

Address – 1067, Niti Khand -1, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad

Name of Engineer – Sandeep Kumar

Result: Colling still was very low. Before their service cuurent it was taking was 8 amps, but after service it was taking 13.5 amps.

I was told that gas is less, so i asked them to do that also. Next day someone came for Gas filling & he said that 15% gas is less and we will TOP-UP and charges will be Rs. 1000/=, which i think was a charges of full filling.

They are some outsourced person, so we asked him to go.

I wanted to know that after service the result should be positve but in my case it came negative.

Can i get better service of my AC & things to get resolved.
