I purchased Whirlpool washing machine from M/s Asnani Home Appliances,Jayanti Market,Jaipur-1, on date 22/10/2008. Since purchase of m/c ,It is observed that the machine is damaging the cloths very badly.The machine is in warranty period of two year.I registered complaints about the machine to Jaipur service center 2-3 times.(via. complaint No.JP0809002552,JP0809004071).The service engineer of whirlpool did some minor repairs to solve the problem but no result.After that they come to conclusion that the machine has manufacturing defect. I requested to replace the machine but they agreed to change the washing drum at my own transportation cost.I also agreed on that but there is no responce from them. Hence I want to be replace the machine from compony free of cost.Untill now the machine damages the cloths of worth @ Rs. 10000/-. The whirlpool should pay to me the cost of machine as well as the cost of damaged cloths. Now a day they are not even taking cognigence of my complaint.So i request to the consumer forum to follow up my case and give me a justice. Thanking You.
