Hi,

I am a customer of Reliance GSM Prepaid Service effective from Year 2006.
My mobile number is:- 9835729568.
Problem:-
From last one month Reliance GSM Prepaid Service Personnel are deducting call balance amount of Rs. 5/= per day(every 24 Hours) for the sake of nothing.

I didn’t subscribe for any kind of service from Reliance GSM.
I have given several complain to Reliance GSM Prepaid Customer Care(Jharkhand Division) to stop the deduction of call balance amount, but all my efforts are going into vain.

Response of Customer Care:-
It will take 48 Hours(2 Days) to resolve the issue.After 2 days we will not deduct the same.

But same is continuing for a month.They(Customer care service) are just doing nothing.Whenever I called them for stopping of the deduction,they said it will take another 2 days.
It is just like talking with deaf personnel.All my efforts are gone in vain.

Kindly let me know,what to do for resolving the issue?
Kidly take some necessary action.
