I have purchased USB Modem No 9312276458 on line provided by vendor Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd Noida on 08 June 09.Inspite submitting relevant documents and reminding Reliance customer care number of times modem has not been activated.I donot know what to do.They can take it back and give me refund incase they can not activate it in time.Please resolve.
