We had registered with this agency for providing a domestic help paying ? 2500/- registration and ? 10000/- service charges. Maid was provided who stayed for a month and left with her salary of ? 7500/-. As she was not upto the mark in her services we had requested for a new/replacement from the day she left. Till date we do not have any confirmation on this from their end for either replacement or refund.
