It was demanded to wear during Durga Puja festival but due to non supply of the products faced social entrancement and hard earned money retained by your company without any reason created mental agony.
I, therefore, demand Contest2win refund my total amount of Rs 1246/- with 12% interest within 21 days from the date of receipt of this notice. If I am not getting the amount within the period indicated, I will be compelled to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum against your firm which may kindly be noted.
