I have been promised Country Club India Ltd the AMC waiver in a written mail by the sales executive for swiping my card in full payment basis in place of EMI swiping without my permission along with several other promises like free air ticket e.t.c which has not been fulfilled. Now i am unable to book my holidays for want of the AMC fees which is not due from me and i am deprived off from the services for which i have paid Rs.70,000/-
