Eureka forbes – Poor quality no response calls

hi, I ordered one aquaguard waterpurifier in aug 1st week, from eureka forbes website. I got it on 14 Aug. I paid via credit card, but the representatives who came said the machine is not working after making the payment. They said they will bring the bill the next day. But after repeated calls (more than 25 times), they never brought any receipt or bill. One guy came for installation, and just connected the water purifier and left. Didn’t check the water TDS values(purity) and never came back to check it. I called up customer care multiple times, but none responded. Their website doesn’t take any complaint. My friend who has just RO water purifier is getting TDS of 28 (water source tds-600). But i am getting 78 tds (water source tds 420). These are using same TDS meter. Nobody picks up call and responds. Now i am doubtful whether the product is genuine at all. Since i am not getting good quality water. I lost 16490/-. Please help if possible.
