I am a Master Life Member of Country Club (MLM 509)and I was entitled to use the Club for life and its resorts for 5 years. On 20.03.2013 the Club cheated me with a lot of extra offers, collected Rs.77000 and ultimately gave the same benefits which I was earlier enjoying. The present rate for existing members of the Club to get extra benefits for 5 years is said to be Rs.30000 and the member gets some thing more than what he gets as a life member. I neither got more benefits nor did they charge me at par with others who get extra benefits. The figure of 77000 is without any basis and is arbitrary. No extra facilities are given. I am therefore entitled to refund of total amount of 77000 or an amount of 47000 after giving extra benefits for 5 years. The present number allotted to me is 141132. I pursued the matter all these days with the Club and as I did not get a positive response, today I sent a written complaint.

I seek refund of the total amount of Rs.77000
