1. This has reference to my credit Card no.: 4622715352542271. 2. I did a payment of Rs. 24000/- as LIC premium using this card in Oct 2013. 3. Then after I paid this amount through my SBI Credit card. 4. Mean while I requested to send this big amount to EMI option to Stan Chat bank. 5. Later on, I paid the big amount to Stan Chat Card account through cheque. 6. Thereafter, I request for Foreclosure of that loan amount to Stan Chat Bank. 7. On foreclosure, you returned me an amount of Rs. 22031 on Oct 7, 2013. 8. Even though, you bank continues EMI as Rs. 1878. 9. This moth, you again charged Rs. 1878 against a loan which is not existing. Please close this loan and EMI options and refund me Rs. 1878 X 2 = Rs. 3756

I demand a Refund of Rs. 3576.
