snapdeal – faulty Intex Mobile

I had purchased Intex Mobile with model Aqua Flash White with IMEI – 911255000173755 through snapdeal online website. I received the phone on 23-jul-2013. After 2 months I found problem in the touch which was inactive and I could not use the same. I took the phone to the Intex authorised service center in visakhapatnam on 16-sep-2013 and took a job sheet receipt with no : 310124019002T001 (c-84) and asked me come after 2 days. When I went after 2 days he said phone has to be sent to the company has it has major problem. After 2 months when I asked the person told me that the phone will not work further and will be replaced with other. After 2 days when I had asked the service person he said he will replace with an alternate of used phone which is of less cost and less features then I purchased. He is claiming that how would a company will given a new replace and asked me complain where ever I want. So I request for justice

I would like to get the phone replaced with the same model what I had purchased with new one.
