Last Friday (20-06-2014) received a call from some one saying that you won 3 gifts in a draw and asked us to come and visit with family to collect the gift, they gave a address. On Saturday we went to the place and surpised to see Country club in the mentioned address. However, we entered the office to collect the gift. The country club/vacations agents bluffed us to take membership. They told us many things to attract us, finally we got convinced to take a 10yrs membership. They asked me to give my credit card to swipe for Rs. 26,000 unfortunately I gave them they swiped the amount, followed by Rs. 74,000(Unknowingly). I was told by them we have to pay the 26,000 initially and rest of the amount by monthly in 2years. After I realised that they swiped 100000, I asked the credit card banker to decline the transactions, unfortunately they said as its already approved we can not decline the transaction, I contacted the club to cancel the membership and give back my money. Now they are saying the amount is non refundable.

I dont want the membership, please help me to get my money back.
