I got cheated by Country Club India ( Delhi Rohini) on 10 September 2016, I signed a membership for INR 300,000 of 30 yrs. we were promised several 50 vacations India n abroad, discounted airfares, free event tickets, free food n shopping vouchers, free gym and spa services. We paid by CC on 24 months EMI’s and the interest were supposed to be take care by them. We were shocked when we received the papers from them that none of promises were kept by them. As we live abroad we can’t even file a case in consumer court as it’s difficult to fight a case. Is any one else has a similar tale to tell then pls write back to me. We can fight together.
