Country Club India – Mis-communicated fraud service

Hello sir, I have already filed a compalin #112313.3.2014. Further to this, I have not received any update on Cancellation or returning my money. I am hereby attaching my last email to thier customre care Koramangala with Imran Basha. Please help to get my money refund. Regards Ajay Communication with Imran Basha : “I had discussion with Tajpeer for 24k Package for 2 years which includes. 1. 40% airfare discount including tax compare to Makemytrip,yatra.com and other travel agency on that date after having membership. 2. 8 Members Super deluxe room either family & friends relatives. 3.1 week holidays free accommodation, sightseeing, food, pickup & drop etc only petrol cost has to be taken care by me every year. 4. I can use all Country club facilities like Jym, swiming pool, classes etc for free 5. Maintenance has to be paid only at the end of year. 6. VIP passes for all country club function for 8 members. 7. No AMC need to be paid for initial one year. He asked my PAN card and Credit Card for checking the offer. Then after sometime he swiped my card for 30k with interest (without my confirmation), my child was crying so I could not see the transaction also and he asked for photo and banking information. I reached home and read the contract paper, which has entirely different things mentioned on it. I called him immediately within 2.5 hours of my card was swiped and said that I am not interested for deal as you have mis communicated (different than contract) and done fraud (interest on transaction ) with me. I will not submit any further document and have also filed dispute case in Bank. Please don’t claim the amount. I have also drop email on same day to your customer care to cancel the transaction before its get processed but no response yet. Although, after having so many communication and discussion, You guys are forcefully processing my membership without receiving the required documents. How can you process membership without document. Your club are internationally established and known club, why you guys need to to FRAUD AND CHEAT for selling your membership. I don’t need your assured fraud services which different than what you have communicated during presentation. I asked Tajpeer to give me in written whatever he has promised but he has now accepted that he is a fraud and have miscommunicated and taken my money. His work is done. Further, There is 10 days free look clause also mentioned in your contract, on ground of that I also tried to cancel the contract. However, you guys are not even following your contract. You are straight away denying to cancel the transaction. Which has never processed with mutual agreement, this was only your interest to process this forced membership. I was not interested in this membership.None of your paper has my original signature but still you are processing my membership. I would request you to please cance

1. Please help me to get my money refund 2. Strong action against them so they do not dare to do this with other people. There are so many google post against thier name but still they are doing these kind of fraud. 3. One escalation point needs to be added in their contact list to resolve this kind of issue without any third part intervention if they want to continue their business.
