Country inn , bandipur, Misguidance on the scope of membership

Membership number 15417. I had requested for booking of 1 room at the country inn bandipur for first week of October, 2013. The booking request was sent by me on 22 nod April,2013. I was replied via email that please send your request by June end as the resort does not accept the booking in so many days in advance. I spoke to the Customercare executive, Aanchal Saluja, in April to check if it won’t be too late by June end as I have already have other bookings according to those dates. She ensured me that the booking will not be a problem. I resent the same mail for booking on 2nd July, 2013 and to my disbelief I was told that their is no availability on the mentioned dates. I was plainly told that the inventory keeps changing on the daily basis. At the time of selling the membership I was told that the earlier you book the better it is! This is a complete farce as the try to sell their unsold inventory to the members as they have already bought the membership.

I will be charged penalty on the cancellation of my booking at taj gateway resort, chikamaglur and also the charge of cancellation of my flight bookings.also,if i plan my holiday again for the same dates with different hotel or a place.

I want cancellation of my membership with Brentwood. This was my first booking with Brentwood and their service is hopeless. I would like to get a refund of inr 1.5 lacs as membership fee.
