have a Santro which is transferred from Odisha almost one year back. While contacting the Odisha branch they said it is cleared from their side and we need to contact Pune RTO, When contacted pune RTO they said they have not received any document, it is almost 1 year although it should have taken only 45-60 days. santro Xing : OR AA 05 2300.
