I have been chasing you over call and SMS every week but non of the earlier commitments are fulfilled and closed.

My Membership No. – CCDL37BPCL UB10LB14811 account is still inactive as it has never been active since opening of the account due to various reasons and hence I am not able to utilize the club & vacation facility with my family. I have already spend around 30,000/- for the vacation in past two years due to the same. Even after becoming country club member, I have not benefited once with any facility.

Imp. Issues:

Membership not active: I am not able to use any of the country club facility. Request you to kindly make it active. Vacation laps: Old vacations are showing laps even though it was never active, it has to be carried forwarded to next year. AMC Pending: AMC charges are showing pending, it has to be waved off and the plan need to be changed without AMC plan.

Membership fees: Membership fee of Rs.10,000/- is showing pending, which will be paid after the compensation paid to me as per the below commitment – 3 DD (in exchange of food vouchers) of Rs3000 each. This is pending since November’13 as per below commitment but not yet received even one.

Inconvenience: I am receiving call from customer care Delhi & Hyderabad on every alternative day for payment of AMC charges, which is making me inconvenience and effecting my work. Kindly close this ASAP as this membership and year of 10 years will start only after the start date of “Active Membership”
Pl. Note: If this is not closing before Feb end, kindly arrange to refund the deposit amount of Rs.80,000/- (Eighty thousand only) which is paid by self for vacation & club membership along with other vacation & Inconvenience expenses occurred.
