Courier Charges Refund from HomeShop18

I ordered a Multi Purpose Wooden IT Table on October 16,2014 and received a broken one on October 28,2014.On the same day I informed HomeShop18. Later I confirmed with their support executive on phone that the courier charges will be paid back to me if it does not exceed INR 700 while returning the broken item for replacement from my side. So I returned the item through DTDC Courier(Receipt Attached) on 10.11.14.On December 1,2014 I received the replacement without my courier refund.However I still have not received the courier charges as promised by their rules and company policy which they(Mr.Kuldeep Singh,Customer Executive) said will arrive in a Yes Bank Check.But till now they have not sent the check as I updated with them on Jan 8.

I am not a high earner and Rs.600 is a lot of money for me.I did not buy this product for an additional Six Hundred rupees. Moreover I have been cheated and tricked by HomeShop18.com as every time I want to talk to their senior executive they forward the call to a ringtone which never ends and nobody ever picks up the phone. I just want my Rs 600 Back.I swear and promise I will never deal with them to disturb them again. Just kindly return my Six Hundred Rupees.
