I approached Cox & Kings and on Mr Amit Kumar commitment and mail We booked 4 Adult tickets for my family for tour name Magnificent Europe for 18 days package with a condition that they will provide us Rome and Vatican City tour as a special package included in my tour without additional cost, for that mail confirmation given to me. But i am sorry to say they didn’t honor that commitment even after several mails and call / reminder from me at the time we are on tour. Neither they nor their representative want to listen / bother my pain. I was just helpless with my family in a new country outside from my Country. I paid and suffer lot to avail that tour , but not able to enjoy even. If company big like Cox and Kings can’t be trust worthy , that what are the condition of low graded companies. After coming back from my tour on 29th june, i am also writing mail and regular in touch with them for reimbursement but no pain , wrong attitude and simple answer we see what we can do. I am very upset with Company , their attitude .

I want either Cox and Kings Give my family pending tour from Delhi to Rome and Vatican City. or Reimburse me at-least 500 Euro per person i.e 500*4 = 2000 Euro And they also give confirmation that in future if they commit they will honor.
