Craftvilla.com – Faulty product received no response

I had ordered craftvilla.com one green chiffon salwar suit fabric on 20 dec 2014 through net banking payment. The item cost 1399 and 100 rupee for shipment. Total 1499 rupees i paid them. The product delivered to me on 23 dec. After opening that i found the piece was defected. The fabric was toed. I tried to call customer care but the no shown on their site was not working. Then i did an email to customercare@craftvilla.com. after that they replied next day to return back the product through courier at khantilindia based in surat. On 25 dec. I send the product to their mentioned address. After reciving the product i made a call to khantil they asked me to mail again craftvilla so that they refund my money. In the mail reply of khantil india they told that 100 rupee will credit in my balance for courier charge. Sir then i mail to craftvilla on 2nd jan bt they did not reply me even after two days passed.

A total of rupeed 1599 i want to refund in my balance as soon as possible
