I was holding a credit card of sbicards which had lapsed in April, 2007. After that they send a renewed card in my name without my consent which is against the verdict of Hon’ble Court of Justice and I eventually refused the card as I was not interested to get the service of the said card. But I was amazed to see that they were sending statements against the card which I hadn’t received at all and refused. I have informed over the matter to the authorities number of times but they hadn’t taken care. Very recently they are sending statements again and by threatening me of court cases forced me to make a payment of Rs. 2232/- unlawfully. I have send two registered letters to the authorities again but not even a answer from their part. Under the above said circumstances I am very much confused about what to do and how can I get rid this situation. I also want to make it confirm that nobody else should be harassed like me and this said company can not cheat anybody any more.
