credit card billing issues

I hold an ABN Amro bank Credit card and an amount of 10,300 was converted into 12 EMI’s and some body from the Customer service gave me the idea of converting the amount into EMI’s. I agreed to that and I paid 4 EMI’s in time but I never got my statements in time and most of the times I don’t get my statements at all. I called up the customer service a lot of times and they assured me that they will reship the statements.
I never recieved them and it takes 20-25 mins. approx. to speak to somebody at the customer service at ABN AMRO. I called again but the calls were disconnected 4 times and then when I had a chance to speak to somebody the Rep. was very rude and I had to spek to a manager and i told him that I wouldn’t pay until I get my statements. He assured me that I would get the statements. I stopped paying my bills for the last 2 months and I have been getting cals from Delhi ABN AMRO. I told them to send the statements and waive off the interest and finane charges and I will pay my bills right away. I was also ready to give them the cheque no. but then they disconnected the phone.

Finally I got a call from 2 nos. on may 26th and the guy was literally saying, “Its your problem and you have to call up the customer service. I said how many times should I call up customer service?? but he didn’t reply and the tone was really very rude and to my surprise he started abusing me, I disconnected and he again called me up and abused me and hang up. I was surprised about the service. The nos. from which the I got the call are as follows:
