I have asked for a credit card on 29th Sept. Since I needed the same urgently, I was told that it can be arranged in 7 working days if I give a fixed deposit to them. Accordingly, I gave a cheque of 90,000 to Kotak Mahindra as fixed deposit and expected the card to reach me by at least 10 days. I had specifically informed them that I am travelling abroad and hence I need it on an urgent basis. Today is the 12th of Oct and on enquiring I was told that it will still take a couple of days. I am really irritated with the type of service given to me especially when I have deposited 90,000 with them. Could someone please take it up on an urgent basis and arrange to send the same to me urgently and look into my matter
