Dear Madam,

Once a upon a time i recieved a call from a call from hyderabad office:tel no:66907860 asked me if you need cash or payment to your other bank card we arrange, few months passed when i was in need, i called the same no as mentioned above, a rude lady pick the phone and ask yes may i help you ,on the contrary she reduced my credit card limit,in good faith i gave her my card no,a week after i got a letter stating that your facility reduced from 1.5 lacs to 37,000 only,without giving any reason.

well am very much moved by her attitude if bank take her word and did, its ridiculous,not a wise decision, for a reputed bank like yours.

please improve and respect the customers,customers pays your salaries, who pays and generate your salaries ?

Looking forward to hear a reply from a manager who really cares the bank.
