Cricket pack charges

I am an airtel prepaid customer from Pune. Yesterday, I came to know that a significant amount has been deducted from my talktime balance. When I called up the customer care executive, he told me that I had activated cricket pack on 11th March at 8pm. I know that I havent dialled any such number, nor did it accidentally got dialled. I got the service cancelled and requested him to restore the deducted balance but he flatly refused saying that I had activated the service purposefully. Also he was very rude and arrogant in his speech.
Such behaviour by the customer care officials may spoil the name of Airtel, which is otherwise a great company regarding the services they offer. I myself would want to change the service provider if this thing continues, instead of bearing monetary losses from time to time. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
