PurchasedCroma Mobile from Tata Croma Silver Arc Mall, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana on 13/07/2013. after few months the phone started giving problem of screen blinking anf Camera Issues, given for repair to the above said office for repair on 19.06.2014 vide GAN No. LUD190614WS00001. And told that I will got the phone within 10 dyas after getting repaired. But phone is still awaited. No proper response from the dealer or company. The value involved is Rs. 9,000/-

Want to refund my Rs. 9,000/- the cost of mobile as it is not upto the standard as it is committed to me and after sale service is very poor.
