Croma showroom – Did not deliver the right product

I purchased a Panasonic LED TV(42ET60D) from Croma showroom, Panjagutta Hyderabad on 18th of Jan-2014. they have sent me the product on 19th-Jan but with the wrong Wall mount bracket.i have raised many complaints to send me the correct one but its been 2 weeks and my TV is still in the box sitting on the floor. Every day i end up call Croma and the only answer i get is”Your issue will be resolved by tomorrow” Invoice No-SLF02A029010082403

I want the issue to be resolved and Croma should compensate me for bad service
