Hello There I had purchased your Hitachi 2 Ton Window AC thru Croma RAV222HUD 2S. The Machine stopped performing on August 14th and a complaint was raised 19081603119. Your mechanic Mohammed Aktar came to check. He initially mentioned that the compressor had malfunctioned. Later he said that there was a problem with the sensor which needs to be replaced He asked for the invoiced from Croma which was sent to him. We have been regularly following up with your mechanic and later with your customer care.
On September 13th when I addressed this issue to the Customer care when called, I was informed by the lady attending to the call, that I will not have to call any more as the mechanic will come and have the issue corrected in 3-4 days time. It is Sep 23rd today and I havent got any feed back. When spoke to the Customer care again its stereo type reply mentioning “WE SHALL GET BACK TO YOU SOON” I had been to Croma – Parel for purchase of an O General AC, since we have been happy with O General AC’s since years. However the sales person some how convinced us mentioning that the Hitachi machines are better as they are much quite / silent than O’General and had features that O’General didnt. Had the sales person at Croma mentioned that your services were pathetic we wouldnt have gone for the same. After Having the AC’s installed the Window AC was not quiet as the sales person mentioned. It generated a rubbling noise which was not the case with our old AC too. After lot of complaints with you and Croma the AC was replaced by the current one. The rumbling noise was still there but Your mechanic informed us that being a window AC there will be a little noise for sure. We felted cheated as there was no option, but had to do with it. It has been now nearly 35 days since your sensor part has arrived. I would strongly urge you to get the sensor replaced immediately upon receipt of this mail or have replace me with a Brand New AC Zubin Khambatta
