Mahindra Retail’s First Cry – Customer Service Issues

I ordered a bath tub for my 6 months old daughter, which turned out to be very big. I placed a return request and the amount was refunded after the request . I used the amount for the next purchase. The guy who came to pick up the item didn’t take the item telling that it’s very big and he can’t take it on a two wheeler. I called the customer care multiple times and was told that they have raised the issue and the item will be picked up in the next 72 hours and sometimes they told 48 hrs. It’s been 2 months but the item is still lying with me unused. When I made the next purchase after about a months my order was cancelled and the amount was deducted for this bath tub which I want return. This kind of behavior is not expected from firstcry.
