I purchased a Hot-Pad from Frank Ross Pharmacy on 13/01/2017.But within 3 days it was found short circuit in it during using time. So It was returned back with item, bill and warranty card in original within three days after purchasing to above pharmacy. They denied to return back my amt of Rs.351 or adjusted with other items till date. So I request you to please take required urgent steps to resolve that as fast as possible by accepting my complain.I can submit pharmacy bill, warranty card as a proof.
