Hi Team,
I am jagadeesh K.My ksrtc id:jagadeesh12892@gm

I have booked 2 tickets on september 18th.1. Villupuram to bangalore (Date: 4-10-2019)
2.Bangalore to Chennai(Date: 19-09-2019).both payments are done by the Google pay UPI.Both the OB reference number are failed.but amount was debited by KSRTC as per the below reference number.

Still i have not received my refund amount.The issue was raised 22 days before but there is no response from your end.i have called the the customer care number thrice on last saturday (7618765800 or 7618765900).But phone call was not answered.There is no response for the mail too( onlinerefund@ksrtc.org).

Kindly address the issue.
