Hello Sir/Madam I purchased Crompton Greaves Submersible Pump 2 HP from Paras Sanitary Store, located in Paschim Vihar. Right from the date of Installation, there was smoke coming out of the control box, I immediately called the customer care helpline and the executive came in 1 day and said that the control box for this pump is faulty design and I should send it to the service center. The control box was at service center and they said they have changed some part and it would work fine. However, almost 40 days the control box is still faulty and I have made numerous complaints to the customer care number and the dealer who sold me the pump. If in the first place the company is mass selling a control box which is faulty, where are the regulatory bodies who will check this and Who was help solve such issues. Aggrieved Customer. Hope, you can help in this case

I just want a total refund of the amount, plus the installation cost for the pump.
