My relative sent two courier documents from Tikamgarh (MP) to Baroda (Gijrat) from Madhur Courier Service on 29th Sept 14, After Courier received at Baroda office, the courier refused to deliver at concern address with reason that we dont have man power and we can not deliver. He didn’t inform me to collect the same form courier office. We follow him a lot but he said he will return it back with statement that they don’t have delivery at my address, These are very important documents for Passport application. Please help me to get it done or penalized . Docket no. 1036201272 and 1036200606

He should delivery it today also want compensation of 3000 Rs. (passport application fee which is paid)
