i adopt an advance rental plan 699 Rs per month and now i degraded to 599 Rs per month. i face many problems they always say we will resolve in 24 hrs ..and from 14 Sept to 20 Sept i didn’t use and tikona connection also not working or connect for half hr in a day.Then i finally decided to disconnect this kind of service. now they are saying to submit bill .
why should i pay if i already pay an advance rent i didn’t use there services why i pay for 14 to 20 Sept if they didn’t gave me a services tikona id 1108328526
