Crompton Pumps – Pathetic Customer Care

Dear Team This is in regard of my complain which I lodge on 30th January and still waiting for the response. Even the complaint was lodge in the month of August as well and didn’t got the solution for that as well. The customer service which Crompton provide is pathetic and even the service centres engineers are not capable enough to solve the problem and don’t even bother to attend the calls.

I purchased mini pump in the month of May 2016 and its under guaranty of 2 years however the pump start tripping after 2 months of purchased and the complained was lodged. After 8 to 10 days engineer visited and without providing any solution he went back. After repeatedly calling him couldn’t get any solution. Now from the last month water start leaking from the pump and I tried to call the customer care number which is 18004190505 on which I am not able to get through from mobile phone, I called from land line number and lodge my complaint for the same and still no call or nothing from the service centre or from the Crompton. I never recommend anybody to go for Crompton. Customers are paying and not getting service. Is this the service you provide to your customer? If the issue is not solved within a day I lodge the complaint in consumer court. Kindly revert me asap and change my pump which is still in guarantee and I am facing the problem from the second month of purchased.
