Dear Sir we are residence in Cross road Apartment Society.And Society are run by the builder here 4 block and 112 flat here builder are not handover the society for member and they charged Rs 1.52/- SQ FIT total area of the flat is 725 Sqfit only 1 security guard are work in premises every Flat owner are give 1100/-per month but builder are not work in this amount there is only one Ganesh mandir. in this premises builder are brake the children play and garden area and make the Car Parking .we want he handover the society are less the maintenance amount.

flat owner are want a Society handover from builder in legal process to the Society member.because builder are charged are high amount as compare to other housing Society.
