CrossRoads Bike HelpLine Services Delhi – No Care for Customer

I m the registered customer of crossroads bike helpline services. my bike got punctured last nite at 9 pm and i called them for assistance, they promised me to get help in maximum of 30-40 mins. but i waited for 2 hrs and called them many times for the same and i filed to get their service. i m a Blood pressure patient and i was sweating their on road for any help. there was not another alternate for me to get rid of that problem. my precious meeting cancelled due to them and i was failed to report to the concern person on time and unfortunately i lost my new project of INR 50,000/- per month.

i lost an upcoming project as i committed my client to reach on time but due to bike punctured, i again promised him to reach about an hour delay. but due to crossroads i lost the project of INR 50,000/- per month. and also the sweating let me fail to reach home in proper condition.
