I had placed an online order (No.CWD401803351) with www.crossword.in for 3 copies of a book titled “The Inner Journey : Views from the Islamic Tradition” on 10 October, 2014, and the total cost (Rs.1,050/-) was paid by me through my credit card. Due to their inability to supply the ordered books, the company cancelled my order on 31 October, 2014, and informed that in 10-12 days I will get the refund. It has been more than 25 days now, and the amount has not yet been refunded to me. I have been regularly checking up with the company without success.

Order was cancelled by the company due to their inability to supply. But, no refund has been made to me even after 25 days.
