I lodged a service request for installation of aqua guard RO after I was transferred from Gandhinagar to Navsari. The request Number is 0078936974. The request has not been completed till now. I had to get it installed personally as the company failed to fulfill its promise of customer service.

I was forced to buy water for almost two weeks. When there was no response from the side of the company I had to get it installed personally. I had to bear all expenses in this regard when first year services are free for the customer.
