i have an aircel sim of no 9658775xxx aircel deduct 15 rupee frm it as animAtion download but i did not download any thing when i called c cars they told me that i have downloaded a animation so balance cant be refunded then i told if i downloaded it then i have to vet a message after download which i did nt get i ASk also if u told i downloaded then kindly give me the details what animation i downloaded they denies me they told that in system it was showing that i had downloaded d animation but i did not even touch my phone for 1 hr.my phone no is 9658775xxx.kindly solve it

deductions of rs 15 towards animations download which was not actual downloaded i don’t know anything about it it was done by company it self
