Dear Sir Madam I Narendhraa Vijay purchased through online store M/s Cubishop and the dealer of the product delivered is Latiwala Enterprises Pvt Ltd the order was made on 17th June15 and I have received the product on 20 Jun15 When I have inserted the pen drive in my system the storage device is not visible after that I launched a complaint in the cubishop that the product is defective still I have not received any reply from the Cubishop or Latiwala Enterprises Pvt Ltd I would like request you that please make the product change or arrange to refund the amount along with the shipment charges. The Sandisk Pen Drive is not reading and it’s not showing in the systems.
