Customer Negligence At It’s Worst

Deeply regret to mention that after repeated complains registered for service/repair of A/C’s installed at our various sites,there has been no action taken to resolve our concern.To keep this on record the complain registered on 09th Sep.2009 / Complain No : 09SP090976 has not yet been addressed.Just for your information we have owned some 175 nos. of Voltas A/C with us,having no one to address to the service/maint. of the same.Deeply anguish that your authorised service partner in Bharuch M/s Jai Refrigeration.B/7,Varun Davan Complex,Preetam Sector – II, Jadeshwar Road,Bharuch is a total failure in providing “CUSTOMER SERVICE”, which we belive you realize is the pillar of any oraganization.specially when it is a “CUSTOMER ORIENTED” company.To add,the extent of negligency that we even went upto reach MR. SAGIMON/01166505778 keeping the hope that our problem would be solved but he also failed in provding the solution.

For last & final , we drafted this again with a hope that our concern would be addressed this time at the earliest, failing which may force us to drag you in the “CONSUMER COURT”.
