customer unsatisfactions about complain solving on airtel prepaid

on airtel prepaid services they provides daily offers by dialing 12131, after selecting 4 they give scheme of wap & msg offer they tell on recording to provide 300mb internet, 750sms, valiadity 15days at charge 15rs but after activating they provide me 300mb internet, 300sms, validity 3days at charge 20 rs… immidiatly i complain on 198 as an proof i heard them recording of this scheme that complain no. was CIVRP30719717307 on 19/jul/2012 …but they refuse and did`t agree to they dont have such offer for 300mb internet, 750sms, valiadity 15days at charge 15rs and they say they have offer of 300mb internet, 300sms, valiadity 3days at charge 20 rs. for that i heard them recording of what they say in offer on recording. for solution they never callback and disconnect to call from my mobile number for solving this complain, after i tride 198 dialling so as a good faith they just get back me 5rs as a valuable customer. still this offer continue customer gets wrong pack after activating.
so i request there must be strong law regarding such act. 20rs doesn’t matter for me but as a good citizen they must takes immediate action regarding such technological errors when customer complain and when customer complains they must arrange callback and also i request there must be some way to complain on airtel website like complain box.
And there must be massage system to ask customer that satisfied or not if yes replied then only company mention complain have been solved.
