Hi, I want to file a complaint against my Internet service provider “D-VoiS I-on” http://www.dvois.com/. My Internet is not working since 13th Aug’13 and I have registered the complaint with them Complaint number :NL113081311200024C logged on 13th August 2013 at 11 am. My user I’d- hitesh404 Today is the 4th day still my Internet is not working in-spite of doing many followups on the I-on customer care number 022- 71737373 and i personally visited the Nerul navi mumbai office at Bhimashakar society but still no success, it’s an complete harassment. I’m unsure when this will be solved maybe in Month? I would need your help to get this solved and take strict action against them also there is no after sales service. Another issue, my broadband plan is of 1MB wherein I’m getting 512 KBPS speed, this is complete cheating to the consumer.
