I Had purchased this membership from Mahabaleshwar on 23rd August 2015 for Rs 1,20,000. They shown us the resort where we bought the membership. They said it is their resort. After 4 months when I reached there, there was no office in that resort. Resort people said that It is not their resort. I felt Cheated. They said they will manage afterwords, just let them write 1,25,000 instead of 1,20,000 in agreement. I agreed thinking they are good people. After words, I kept trying to call a sales guy Sameer on +919819643231. But he didn’t pick up calls. Then I came in contact with Miss Jasmin at their Goa Office. I asked for DAE ID and PASSWORD, she said she will mail me but she didn’t. Then I stopped making payment because after my visit to same resort, I was shocked when I did’t find their office. I again again asked for DAE Details. But they refused to send. After some more calls they said. Sir you have not bought DAE Membership. I again got shocked. I was given all the details about DAE and I wanted DAE Membership. But They were changing their Statements again and again. I am not paying my installments since 4-5 months. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back.

I had paid 25,000 on 23rd Aug, 2015 Then First Installment on 29th Oct 2015 of Rs 8333 Then Second Installment on 26Th Nov 2015 of Rs 8333 Another Rs 8333 on some date which don’t remember but I will try to provide details afterwards. I got a mail on 4th Feb, 2015 that my membership got deactivated due to non payment. I frequently asked about my membership details and clarify it with their seniors but they kept saying that their seniors are not in town. Whenever I made a call, There is some new statement I got to know from them about my membership. I am very much disappointed by their behavior.

I want my paid money Back. I also want all charges I bared to do follow ups and calls and payment. I also want to claim for more so that they will not do these things with others.
