Daikin India Air Conditioner – Customer Service

Just a month after the engineer has filled the GAS in the AC the cooling has again dropped considerably. I am sorry but I have to lodge a complaint both against Sargam Electronics and Daikin for selling a low grade product which has technical problem and I am suffering by every time following up with all the agencies to get things right. I had made a huge mistake by buying a Dakin product, since the time I have bought this product ( June) I have only utter disappointment with the product. Not even interested to call you people and ask for solution as your approach is very casual and lack conviction. For you it doesn’t matter how its effecting a client and how you can resolve a broader issue of misguiding and cheating customer by false promise and selling duplicate/ used products which the dealers are doing. Has any action taken against the dealer as per trailing mail The answer is NO and which says the complete story Thanks & Regards Rohit Agarwal

From: Rohit Agarwal Sent: Saturday, June 27, 2015 1:56 AM To: ‘cs@daikinindia.com’ Subject: Duplicate / Second hand Daikin Product delivered Hi With utmost dissatisfaction I want to share that I have been cheated not once but twice from one of your dealers Sargam Electronics SCO 311, Huda Market, Sector 29 Gurgaon Haryana 122002 I have bought Daikin AC FTC50PRV16- RC50PRV16 3* on 3-6-15 by paying full payment, then the following things happen • I was given false commitment regarding delivery • Second hand broken A/c was delivered at my place and after patiently waiting and complaining another set was send • Lot of false promise regarding gas pipe also happened and finally after fighting for it the matter resolved • Since the new A/c was delivered I started facing the issue of cooling, after waiting for few days I finally given complaint I was really shocked to hear from the engineer that the Gas has leaked and there is some issue which need to be rectified. I have lost all trust on Daikin and want to complain my dissatisfaction. If required I can lodge a formal complain of fraud and harassment as I have suffered a lot during this period . I want to know what action will be taken by you to ensure that my problem is solved. I am not going to take any product from this dealer and if required from Daikin too.
