I purchased one IFB microwave from flipkart.com to gift someone. It came out to be a physically damaged unit which i notified them and sent the picture of the damaged part. Earlier they told me that they will replace the same and now they took a u turn saying that the product is not in stock whereas it is showing in stock on the website. When i asked for refund of my money but they are doing that also. I have sent them innumerable mail but to no avail.
I want the product replaced or my money back so that i can purchase the same from somewhere else.
