In Jan 2013 I purchased sofa from Damro-Banglore (Karnataka) and I am staying in Hubli (Karnataka). Since from 3-4 months sofa’s inner spring pinching because fur/cotton may be not filled properly. On 24 Sep 13 by phone I registered a complaint (No. 561) That time they promised me that, whiting few days some one co’s service man will come and solve the problem. In Oct 2013 personally i went to Banglore to ask them, that time also them promised the same. In Nov 2013 I mailed video of sofa’s condition as they tole me. Till a date no body was came to see the problem. Which it is still under warranty period. Suddenly now after 2 1/2 month (Complaint given) they are telling that I have to send them sofa to Banglore showroom by Transport otherwise they can’t help us And if they send any body to Hubli I have to pay their travelling fair. But when I purchased sofa I clearly mentioned that I am living in Hubli And in Sales order & Bill also I gave them Hubli’s address. And that time from their side no body mentioned me that, if any complaint accrue regarding sofa they can’t give service to Hubli. Now they are not responding properly.
Repair the Sofa as soon as. I do not want bear any expenses
